BEEF SATAY的制作材料：
主料：150g Beef(sirloin/tenderloin); some cucumber and onion;! scoop of glutious rice with coconut milk:1/4 cup satay paste; a few bamboo picks.调味料 : 1/2bsp light soya sauce; 1/2 tbsp dark soya sauce; 1tbsp honey; a few shakes of pepper.

1)Trim beef into inch_lenghth strips, blend in seasoning for later use.

2)Cut cucumber and oinon into pieces. Press glutinous rice into a cubic block.

3)Skew beef strips into bamboo picks and grill/roast till done.Dish up.

4)Garnish with cucumber and onions.Serve beef satay with glutinousrice. Dip satay in sauce to taste
